What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is the inerrant (without error) and infallible (perfect) word of God. You can trust that you will receive sound biblical teaching from our pastor and teachers.

We believe that God is three in one: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being.

We believe that Jesus is God the Son, the second person of the Trinity (Three in One), who took our sin dying on the cross, physically rose from the dead, and will one day come to judge the world, ushering in eternity.

We believe salvation is given by grace through faith, it cannot be earned. One receives salvation by repenting of one's sin, believing in Jesus as God's Son, and by confessing Jesus publicly as one's Savior and Lord.

We believe that every believer is part of the body of Christ and is important to God in advancing His kingdom by making disciples of others.

We believe that once one has truly received Christ as Lord and Savior, one cannot lose one's salvation.

Our full statement of faith is the Baptist Faith and Message, 2000, adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention.
